Your care at WellHeart is decided on clinical grounds. We are open with you about anything relevant to a recommendation, and you are always free to seek another opinion.
Ownership
WellHeart London Ltd is owned by its three founding consultants — Dr Mohssen Chabok, Mr Toufan Bahrami and Professor Saeed Mirsadraee. A referral from one of them to another within the group is therefore a referral to a co-owner of the clinic, and is made on clinical grounds as set out below.
Independent advice
Every recommendation is made on the evidence and on what is right for you. You are always free to seek an independent opinion, and to be treated elsewhere.
What we tell you
If any relationship a consultant holds in their field — for example a training, advisory or research relationship — is relevant to a recommendation, it is disclosed to you in writing before you decide anything.
How to raise a concern
If anything about how a recommendation was reached is unclear, ask us — we will set it out for you.
